Perfect Golf Event needs to be notified of a claim no later than one business day after the event date. Please email [email protected] to inform PGE of the claim.

Leading up to the event, Perfect Golf Event will provide a Coverage Confirmation with full instructions and the list of documents needed to file a claim. Perfect Golf Event will also provide the affidavits to be signed by the HIO winner and the witnesses present.
