We recommend that you wait until the week before your event to start your player pairings. At this point, you will have a better idea of the number of players to expect and last-minute cancellations may be known.
To organize your player pairings, go to the Manage Event tab and click on Player Pairings. Here you will be able to shuffle the groups around and download a player pairing report.
